Over the past 15 years I have been developing the skills, knowledge and experience to earn me the reputation of being the "trainer’s trainer". With qualifications in Education, Commerce, majoring in Training and Development, and my Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, I have ensured that my training skills are well validated, relevant and quality focused. I have also invested my time and other valuable resources into travelling to the US to study directly under Bob Proctor, as I recognised that training the mind is a key factor of living a successful life. Above all of these fine qualities, I care deeply about the people that I work with and I am fully committed to helping them achieve success.

I hold current membership of the Australian Institution of Company Directors and the Australian Training and Development Association. I am a past member of the National Australian Honours Society (1999), with awards in public speaking and professional singing. I have also been heavily involved in community work including Pre-Primary Music teaching, Community Concerts where I have been a speaker and musician, Children's RE Teacher (State Schools) and on the Board of Management of Ocean Gardens Retirement Village.

I strongly believe in philanthropic work and I am currently managing the 'Think and Grow Rich Schools Project, my vision is to introduce the marvellous work of Napoleon Hills ‘Think and Grow Rich’ into our Public Schools worldwide. I am highly motivated, disciplined and an outcomes focused individual , with a great sense of humour. I am also sensitive, persuasive and positive.
